Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested by phone no later than 14 days before the next billing cycle if on a monthly paid subscription service. If it is a one time service, please cancel within 48 hours of payment. If you wish to contact support to cancel any orders, please submit a ticket to support@confidia.co.th or call (+66) 2-1070566 during our business hours of 9 AM-6 PM GMT+7 Mon-Fri.
Please note that if you cancel, any special pricing agreed upon will be void. If you wish to renew at a later date you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that service.
Refunds
First and foremost, we recommend that if you are having any problem with your services ordered, send us an at support@confidia.co.th or call (+66) 2-1070566. Often, it’s a simple fix to get things changed and corrected. We suggest that you contact us within seven days of completion of service to try and remedy any issues that arise or changes that you want to be done.
